Business Manager

Duties include but not limited to:
Manages the availability of appointments and access to clinic services via real time template management, demand forecasting, trending utilization, and realigning staffing to meet fluctuations in requests for appointments. Provides oversight and management of all resources within Facility Support Directorate to include but not limited to equipment, facilities, logistics, budgetary and human resources. Identifies and communicates appropriate corrective actions necessary to manage resources. Assists Department Heads in drafting and submitting yearly budget calls. Monitors and initiates corrective actions necessary to meet performance measures and benchmarks for the Facility Support Directorate and Departments that range from patient administration medical record maintenance through maintenance of all FHCC buildings, grounds and equipment on two campuses and in three community based clinics. Work may also (or primarily) directly affect the management of administrative policies throughout a wide range of offices with differing business or information management needs within the context of the basic regulatory guidelines the employee will be required to create policy and directive to support the overall mission for the FHCC. Participating in reviewing needs, plans, and goals to develop budget data and justification for review and approval. Executing and monitoring balances of fund control points. Recommending actions to ensure economical and efficient use of equipment and other property. Advising supervisors/managers on budgetary and finance issues. Preparing detailed procurement requests. Gathering data and analyzes budget needs. Preparing accurate personnel documentation and personnel actions. Developing and keeping all position descriptions, and organizational charts current. Ensuring performance ratings are submitted accordingly with regulatory guidelines. Providing advice to staff and supervisors regarding human resources procedures, laws, regulations and policies. Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-11 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
Managing budget formulation and execution for a changing budget of administrative expenses, aspects of human resources functions to include position descriptions, recruitment, employee/labor relations, training and other related activities. Interpreting administrative policies, developing local polices, defining administrative requirements, and/or providing advice. . You will be rated on the following Competencies for this position:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
