To qualify based on your experience, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as:
Assisting higher graded Inspector General (IG) staff with inspections to aid in making recommendations for improvement of testing standards; Providing team members with operational and automation information data to ensure all areas are adhering to Internal Review directives; Drafting IG reports in proper format; Training subordinate staff to ensure that recruiting service mission is not interrupted; Conducting briefings to convey findings/recommendations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). Education Substitution for Specialized Experience for GS-09:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a related field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. (Note:

A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. Conducting inspections that encompass all facets of operational processing and DoD Military Enlistment Testing Program to make recommendations for improvement of accession processing and testing standards; Inspecting and evaluating computer systems usage and security to ensure that only command authorized software is installed; Providing team members with operational and technical processing interpretation to ensure adherence to governing regulations; Researching, analyzing, interpreting and evaluating data to make appropriate recommendations on Inspector General issues; Preparing reports, in accordance with Inspector General standards, that compile information retrieved during IG investigations/inspections. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). Ph.D. or equivalent graduate degree or three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree from an accredited college or university, in a related field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent. If you are a current, Federal employee, you must include your pay plan, series and grade in your work experience(s) on your resume submission and/or upload supporting documentation (within-grade increase SF-50) to show that you meet the time-in-grade requirement. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
