Sales Manager (Injection Molding & Product Development)

Our client is the top provider of maintenance and monitoring products for the molding and tooling industry. Their end clients include molders, OEMs, and mold builders for components used in the production of medical devices, mobile phones, cosmetics, and many other plastic products. Their solutions protect valuable equipment assets, reduce downtime, and optimize performance. The Sales Manager will manage a largely untapped sales region on the West Coast. They will have full ownership of the sales process, with the freedom to develop and execute sales strategies throughout the region and across industry verticals. Company culture is highly professional, knowledgeable, and flexible in supporting their customer needs.   Focus: Take full ownership of the West Coast territory, with a growth-focused action plan to maintain and develop sales within the region. Identify and close new business opportunities within a thriving book of business and a largely untapped sales region. Conduct customer follow-up through sales lead documentation. Offer feedback and collaboration with team members to develop proposals for sales strategies and product development. Meet with world-class OEMs and molders to demonstrate the value of maintenance and monitoring solutions. Develop client target list in key markets and establish networks and contacts, engaging company resources and support team members as needed.   Skills: 10+ years of technical sales experience, including a strong background with molding equipment. Experience with strategic sales and account management. Technical support knowledge of mold building, plastics, tooling, industrial automation, and component manufacturing is a strong plus. Ability to accurately perceive and interpret a customer's business needs and clearly demonstrate how maintenance and monitoring solutions will benefit their bottom line. Bachelor's degree is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with a CRM platform, lead management software, and MS Office. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Salary Range: $80K - $120K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
