The Director will deliver analysis and insights to drive fact-based decision making for key business partners. This applies focus on improving marketing effectiveness, retention management and customer satisfaction in addition to helping define and manage consumer research that will deepen target segment attitudes which can be used for product development and positioning across the business in the US market. The individual in this role should be experienced in driving disciplines, including quantitative analysis and data management.
Develop an analytics and insights strategy, which is aligned with the organization's key deliverables and key performance indicators.
Develop strategy to deliver consumer insight driven from research and analysis to lead product development.
Guide development of advanced analytic solutions for segmentation and attribution model deployment and
ongoing management.
Advise business partners on KPI development, data interpretation, and analytics methods
Lead processes to gain insight on profitability through analysis; i.e. customer lifetime value, product-pricing
tests etc.
Review and determine the right analytic solution would help solve business challenges.
Deliver results in an effective manner for business partners to understand key levers to drive performance
Work with business partners to aid and encourage changes in business practices based on analytic insights
delivered by the group.
Manage market research and vendor related budgets.
University degree with emphasis in quantitative analysis/computer sciences
10+ years' experience in delivering analytic results in a data-driven organization.
5+ years' experience in delivering analytic results for a marketing or sales team.
Execution experience in analyzing marketing campaign.
Experience developing and implementing a segmentation strategy within a consumer services or product
Apply financial acumen to assess marketing campaign performance, develop business cases, and assess
customer lifetime value.
Excellent writing skills, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong market research skills, project management, organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in managing service agencies

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
