Dutieso Serve as the U.
SArmy Cadet Command Brigade Human Resources Assistant (Military) and authority on Cadet/CADRE Personnel actions for the Brigade Commander.
o Assist the Brigade Recruiting Operations Officer (ROO) and Nurse in utilizing and running filters from CCIMS to monitor scholarship management and monitor the status of cadet nurses.
o Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all Brigade cadet/CADRE actions.
o Serve as primary reviewer of Cadet Accessions documents from subordinate units for submission to higher headquarters.
o Serve as the Brigade Enrollment Eligibility/Retention Advisor for subordinate SROTC battalions.
o Provide staff oversight of and assistance to the Battalion Human Resource Assistants (Military)Requirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
o This position requires the incumbent to be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
o This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 10% of the time.
o This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
