o You will provide guidance, direction and coordination on matters associated with engineering project scope, requirements and funding.
o You will provide design and technical expertise in Electrical Engineering.
o You will serve as the Navy Technical Representative (NTR) under the COTR (Contracting Officer's Technical Representative).
o You will review plans and designs prepared by Professional Engineers in Architectural and Engineering firms, NAVFAC, and Naval activities to determine their conformance with Navy and DoD criteria and contract scopeRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US Citizen.
