Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP, Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP, Manage safety stock in SAP locations, Work with supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution, Work with warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner, Work with customer service on potential back order inventory and resolve, Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute, Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s) and rework as it pertains to distribution centers, Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping and invoice reportsGenerate reports to assist the team with planning activitiesAny other duties that pertain to the Supply Chain Department.Document creation and reviewUpdating policies and procedures and reviewing best practices.Warehouse work including packing and training warehouse workers.Issues tracking and follow upIncluding working with various warehouse teams and external work groups and affiliates.Smart Sheet, Power BI and Power Point CreationAssisting in building communications tools and data analytics. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
