Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Manpower Department of NSTC GREAT LAKESPay setting:

1) Conducts comprehensive analytical studies of complex data to identify manning levels, workforce trends and projections and provide detailed statistical and narrative reports for use in accession planning, and to ensure proper utilization of manning and resource allocations; 2) Communicates effectively orally and in writing to prepare summary reports and recommendations concerning force structure and provide guidance on military manning related issues and to brief and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders in support of mission requirements; 3) Provides resource allocation recommendations, as well as ability to research and analyze avenues for obtaining required manning that requires proficiency in manpower and manning (billet management, placement coordination, analyzing manning levels and command requirements); 4) Applies knowledge and application of principles, concepts, laws, regulations, practices, and analytical methods and techniques and their application to military personnel management, including the ability to develop policy and policy changes as well as provide advisory services on complex military manning requirements/processes; and 5) Utilizes integrated Microsoft software in order to work with database management systems and personnel systems in the management of military manning in support of multiple organizationsThis experience must be supported in your resume to be considered for the positionGS-11Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sectorSpecialized experience must demonstrate the following:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
