This position is located in North Chicago, IL (HYBRID).
Details for the position are as follows:
Contract role of 6 months, possible extensions.
Pay range is $35-38/hr.
Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote.
Job Description:
Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
Edits and develops online learning materials.
Creates learning experiences and environments.
Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards using proven Instructional Systems Design methodologies.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
Qualifications:
Strong Instructional Designer experienced in training and developmental theory, performance improvement methodologies, instructional system design and techniquesPharmaceutical industry environment experience.
