DescriptionThis position is assigned full-time in support of the eDiscovery function within Corporate Legal Operations and will report to the Lead Forensic Examiner.
Provide desktop support services and troubleshooting, as well as general IT experience to Legal Ops team.
Execution and verification of data transfer and consolidation tasks as assigned.
Responsible for communication of project status and escalation of issues to Lead Forensic Examiner and the larger Legal Operations team.
Reconcile project demands with available resources and escalate any deviation from project timeline.
Record all support activities for proper measurement of work performed.
Requirements2 plus years of working in a IT environment (corporate preferred) - Microsoft O365 support.
Computer imaging.
PC repair.
Basic knowledge if data processing applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)Excellent verbal communication skillsAS or BA in computer related field, computer programming knowledge or experience a plus.
VB, Ruby, EnScript, Python or other automation programming / scripting experience a plus.
