Education:
Associates &/or Bachelor's & No HS degreeHuman Resources, Communication or other related field
Experience:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCustomer Service experiencePrevious Administrative Assistant or HR Coordinator preferredRequirements, Preferences & Duties:
Candidate has recruiting coordination background experienceScheduling interviewsScheduling Travel & booking car rental, flights & hotels- experience w/ConcurExperience with background checksHigh level of Cust ServiceWorkday ExperienceExcel- fundamental- look up infoCustomer Service drivenProblem solvingMulti-taskPreferred- Must be in Illinois area, prefer candidates that live within 20 miles of Client ParkEducation:
Open to recent grad1 year of EXP - CSR EXP
Responsibilities:
Schedule high volume candidate phone/on-site/digital interviews and meetingsSupport all division scheduling and understands site specific logistic requirementsManage all schedule logistics to include calendar invitations, travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodationsUtilize department set templates and formats to maintain consistent candidate experienceUtilize system of record such as Workday, CTE Travel, GIS and CHS according to complianceMonitor background check and drug screenResponsible for processing candidate expense reimbursement documentsSupport routing of relocation and sign-on bonus documentation for approvalPartner closely with recruitment team to deliver high level of serviceAchieve department set key performance indicators/goalsMaintain high level of customer service and professionalism to internal and external clients#TB_PH Recommended Skills Administration Customer Service Human Resources Microsoft Office Multitasking Performance Indicator Apply to this job.
