Open to remote but must come into the Indiana or Chicago location once in a while maybe 1 every 2 months.
Must haves:
Agile/SCRUM PM Banking/FI experience as a PM is a must have.
Terafina product Exp is a MUST A few people on their team could serve as Scrum Masters.
Likely coming on board for 2
years Agile Delivery Scrum Master / Project Manager A little background:
Clinet is not purely agile.

someone with a background with a Scrum background Ideally would like to have someone with experience working with Terafina.
The current PM that is handholding it is going through.
Community Bank Looking to grow business across consumer and small business.
Has been directed to heavily pursue Scrum Master.
They have tools like Jira in their environment.
Establish a cadence of delivery with incremental value.
The timeline that has been laid out.
#1 skillset is Terafina is a digital account opening services that unify experience across online, branch and call center channels for community banks.
Also NCR acquired Terafina in 2021 https:

com/about/ They don't have Agile in house yet, but they are trying to get it implemented and perhaps this person can help with that.
PM Certs are required as well.
Client is doing a large technical complex Terafina implementation, this consultant will be joining them in the beginning phase of this project.
It is just kicking off.
They will need more PM's after this one.
